Tom just noted on IRC that the version is still 3.1.3 for the juddi-client in SOA-P 5.3, but has changed to 3.1.4 in SOA-P 5.3.1. So if the issue is on 5.3.1, that's the culprit. 

If that's not the culprit, which the "The server does not support version X.XX of the JBoss ESB Module specification." suggests this may be something else, such as would be found in the "org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.facets" extension point in the *esb.project.core plugin... Look here for an example: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-esb/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.esb.project.core/plugin.xml

If it works for 4.10, but not 4.11, and it's *not* a jar version issue, that's really odd since there's nothing that's changed in the ESB project plug-ins since 4.11 was added a year or so ago for SOA-P 5.3.
