a refresh button may be misleading. Other mbean servers may allow more features such as notifications. Labeling an icon like that "refresh" may imply all notifications are maintained. This may not be true, as a disconnect and reconnect may lose notifications. (I'm not sure but it's a concern). 

I'd be willing to add a reconnect action above disconnect.
