@Burr: please provide steps to reproduce this.

I do the following:

# EXEC: import existing application / create new one
# EXEC: change some file in the imported project (ex. Readme)
# EXEC: In the servers tab: choose "Publish" from the context menu of the server adapter

Restul:
I get informed of 1 local change.
