What are the concrete step to perform here? Here is a list please correct me if I'm wrong:
* Remove the catalog plugins from Aggregated sites (so remove them from feature, or create a dedicated feature for them).
* Remove discovery.xml from the aggregated sites.
* Put catalog plugins and directory.xml files in the Central/Extras sites
Later
* Build catalog independently as part of Central/Extras job.
