It looks like it is trying to update features without updating product... (It's stuck to B111 whereas it should upgrade to B133). com.jboss.jbds.all adn com.jboss.jbds.product.feature don't get updated as part of the plan.
What process did you follow to update? I think the only one that can work in that case is "Check for updates".
In the JBDS you're uggrading, did you install Struts feature manually (I mean you installed product, then updated or installed only Struts)? But I think this is only speaking of Struts because it's the last one in the list, I don't think Struts is the cause of the issue.
