A JBT 4.1.0.Alpha1 dovelopment build was installed first.

Thoughts:
* "Trunk" Central is not ready to work with 4.1.0.Alpha1 as it ships verions that are older
* With such a qualifier convention, feature versions needs to be increased to ensure what is shipped with 4.1.0.Alpha1 > what is in 4.0.0

Questions:
* Why shipping Mylyn in Central whereas we already ship this in JBT site? Installation of Mylyn from Central will fail as long as version of Mylyn on Central < VErsion of Mylyn on JBT.
