Just to make sure this is not the issue here: Windows not getting out of handles/resources, right?
Furthermore: any idea what the error is complaining about? I see that "rotateEditorsCommand" has no icon, otherwise I cant spot any entry without icon or anything especially wrong on this screenshot.
