After updating Android SDK to the latest revision via SDK manager available in JBDS: 

* Preferences of sdk saying:

This Android SDK requires Android Developer Toolkit version 21.0.0 or above.  Current version is 20.0.3.v201208082019-427395.  Please update ADT to the latest version.

* The SDK manager suggested to use 'Check for updates...' to update the ADT but it did not find any available updates.
