Clean does fix this. Moreover, it is enough to call Validate action on Test.java. After package-info.java is modified, CDI incremental build updates CDI model correctly, but incremental validation does not suspect that Test.java may depend on package-info.java. This is an example of such a complex dependency, that it may be easier to replace incremental validation by global validation for a modified package-info.java than to try to trace all dependencies.
