Too late to do much more than provide a job in stable_branch that can recompile the jar and republish it.

In trunk, however, we can refactor these plugins out of their current location and have them build independently. 

Perhaps a new jbosstools-build-sites/discovery/ folder, which would contain both JBT and JBDS discovery plugins and their directory.xml files, and which I could update w/o having to worry about PRs and line endings. :)

Jarred plugins & discovery.xml files would still have to be published to jbosstools-download.jboss.org/ and the devstudio SVN tree, but the sources for both JBT and JBDS discovery plugins would make more sense IMHO in the same place -- jbosstools-build-sites/ -- than being split into two places -- jbosstools-central/central/ and the devstudio SVN.
