Please, figure out some place (category) to put org.jboss.tools.central.themes.feature.
Now, only way to install org.jboss.tools.central.themes.feature is to install org.jboss.tools.central.themes.feature.source.feature.group and org.jboss.tools.central.themes.feature gets installed as dependency.
