Use http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-6.0_trunk.updatesite/product/ -- one of these days the "all" folder might go away because it's redundant.

The BYOE experience is to simply install the "Core Features" feature: com.jboss.jbds.product.feature
