Hi Victor, sometimes it happens right after jbds installation (only JBDS), sometimes after installation of extras. Usually when something is installed and IDE restart is required - then I can see this. I have Ubuntu 10.04, intel core i7 1.73GHZ CPU and 8GB of ram.
