All the key combinations above works fine except CTRL+ALT+UP(DOWN) in my Ubuntu/Unity since this combination is already occupied by the windows manager. Should work for other systems.
We need to add tests for this issue but I've created a separate issue for that: JBIDE-12833 targeted for CR1.
