Same problem repackaging Android tooling as I'm also having with the new FindBugs 2.0.x (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-2284?focusedCommentId=12725140&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-12725140). 

So, as with Findbugs 2.0.x, I've removed it from Extras and will simply link to it via Central here: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/android/20.0.3.v201208082019-427395/
