Implemented for JBDS SOA site too; JBT SOA site is playing hard to get (due to SwitchYard depending on m2e-wtp 0.14 instead of 0.16).

Created new SR0a mirror for use with JBT SOA 4.0 and SwitchYard 0.6.0:

> http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ contains references to org.jboss.tools.central.discovery.feature
> As seen in https://community.jboss.org/message/751265#751265 users can install these and end in update problems.
> This plugin shouldn't even be on this site.
