Eclipse Juno introduces a new feature that enables showing an editor in a small dialog when the Welcome screen is shown.
The feature was disabled by fixing JBDS-1935. See JBIDE-12598. 
The fixing JBIDE-1935 has caused JBDS-2338 - JBoss Central appears on top of Welcome screen
Because of that, I have modified the fix from JBDS-1935 to fix the all mentioned issues.
The complete code is JBossCentralActivator.getJBossCentralEditor(boolean activate)
There are around 30 lines, but most of them have been fixed within JBDS-1935 (JBDS 5.x).
