Patch applied in trunk and Beta1 branch for respin-b. Respinning:

Resulting site will be here when done, and can be used to install JBDS BYOE w/o branding changes:

(If you install the "Branded Product" feature, you WILL get rebranded but only after a COLD restart. Warm restarts do not reload the .ini file.)
