Thanks to Len for getting this pushed to the CSP. 

You'll note the resulting production site is a bit different from the mockup that was approved, but as long as "Manual Instructions" is OK, then I think we're done here.

(Aside: are there any other kind of instructions than the manual kind? "Automated Instructions" seems like an oxymoron.) :D
