It depends on what estimation is for that.

If JBDS 6 only shares the code that should stay as TechPreview, because our product line strategy is that Seam 2.3 is TechPreview as a support goal. And that will change in future WFK releases.

Pure technical reason why it should stay as TechPreview is that JBoss Tools still doesn't support Seam 2.3 and Arquillian Test generation.
