Suspect this won't ever happen - closing REJECTED for 4.1.4.GA (the next 4.1.x release, if there was ever to be one).

In JBDS 5, we introduced JBoss Central, and JBDS-1926 suggests that we specifically EXCLUDED links to Eclipse Marketplace.
