I would definitely like to see SwitchYard project creation linked through here.  We have our own New Project wizard, so if the link could kick that off, that would be lovely.

One question in terms of how dependencies are handled.  Do we expect all required plugins to be pre-installed in the IDE when this link is clicked?  Or can the link check to see if required plugins are installed and prompt the user to install missing plugins.
