It almost seems as if the JBDS 6.0.0.Alpha1 build that you gave us is actually build from trunk - the vast majority of plugins are Alpha2. The only Alpha1 plugins in JBDS are:

com.jboss.jbds.product_6.0.0.Alpha1-v20120904-0259-H12.jar
