Current build process (AFAIK) relies on a rebuild of the aggregated site to turn it into a Milestone or a release.
However, those site can simply be pasted to an URL: the idea is run an aggregated build, copy its result to a staging/ URL, get QE testing this staging/ and when QE and project owner are happy, copy staging/ to development/ or release/
