Currently it's impossible to find facets inside <ui:include> while creating <rich:dataTable>. 
Facet from <ui:include> is rendered in an ordinary for include documents way, in this case accordung to the JSF facet rendering rules: facet could render only one jsf component (neither text nodes nor other jsf components).
