A Technical Preview section needs to be added to JBDS Release Notes like one in EAP docs [1].

In addition to the tech preview text from [1], it needs to clearly state for the "Bring Your Own Eclipse" feature that (Example): "This Technical Preview is tested and supported with Eclipse JEE 4.2.1. Any updates to the Eclipse version outside of those tested and supported may not work and is not supported".
