Andre Dietisheim commented on JBIDE-12168:
------------------------------------------

we agreed to provide an editable combo for the available servers. We keep the "use default server" checkbox and use the default server if checked. The default server is either (sorted priority wise):

1. default server for this workspace (preferences)
2. server defined in express.conf
3. openshift.redhat.com

> There are now different servers one may use:
> Production, Stage, Integration, liveCD.
> We should provide means to allow different servers.
> quote from the PRD (https://docspace.corp.redhat.com/docs/DOC-108998#_OpenShift_ - JBDS60_0610):
> {quote}
> "Allow users to override openshift.com as the server to conect to. i.e. to allow testing against openshift.com and staging.openshift.com or for users using OpenShift Origin or OpenShift On-premise"
