WE can add a dependency to e4, but in a dedicated feature, so it doesn't break installation of other stuff. So:
* separate bundle and feature to install only in e4
* Feature wouldn't be part of "Abriged"
* People using JBT in e4 should install it by themselves
* JBDS could include it.
