https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-4.0_trunk.webtools.aggregate/ job now only uses stuff in build/aggregate/, build/publish/ and build/aggregate/webtools-site, making the job simpler and the amount of SVN-based churn less.

Need to roll this out to the other aggregate jobs too.
