http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/1.9.2.19/runtimes/ has xulrunner for Mac. Package contains .dylib files for two architectures:

XUL.framework/Versions/1.9.2.19/libplc4.dylib: Mach-O fat file with 2 architectures

but I cannot tell it is x86/PowerPC or x86/x86_64.
