*./usage/plugins/org.jboss.tools.usage/src/org/jboss/tools/usage/internal/reporting/JBossToolsComponents.java* is a collector in usage that would find installed jboss components (in an eclipse instance) and report them. Since we're dropping Deltacloud, we simply have to tell usage to not track it any longer and remove it from the list of components to search for.
