component jobs no longer fetch build/ or build/publish/ folder from SVN; they do still watch the build/jacoco/ folder.
aggregate jobs no longer fetch anything but their specific build/aggregate/*site/ folder, and everything else is simply wget'd to the workspace so it won't cause respins.
