    Resolution: Rejected


Run as -> Run on server specifically does not instigate a full publish. This is intentional and by design. There's no way for us, as tools developers, to know when they require a full publish and when they want only incremental. 

If a full publish were the default, users with large projects changing only an html file would be very very annoyed.
