[~peterg.miller] Can you provide steps to reproduce? What Eclipse binary did you use, and what version (eg., name the zip you used) ? What update site did you use?

I'm baffled where you're getting "2.3.0.Beta3" from since we released 2.3.1.Final back in July.

Also, why aren't you using the final Web Tools release? 

Why not try this Eclipse bundle [1], and this update site [2]? More on installation here [3], including the even simpler approach of using the Eclipse Marketplace [4].
