So yes the final outcome of this is that updating indigo to egit 2.0 is not possible while using openshift 3.3.1. This is because 3.3.1 is requiring egit < 2.0. 3.3.2 was fixed to allow to use egit 2.0+. OpenShift Tools 3.3.2 is unfortunately not built yet, so there's no way for you to use Indigo, OpenShift tooling and EGit 2.0 The only way to use EGit 2.0 and OpenShift Tooling is currently with Juno.
