As part of the migration to git, we're cleaning up the trunk/build/ folder so it's easier to grok what's in there and split it into more logical github modules.

Thus, we should move scripted installation instructions from trunk/build/installation/ to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/scripted-installation/ & update links on www.jboss.org.
