PR for master removes all references to Discovery plugin/feature except note in root README.md:

PR for Alpha2x branch retains all comments and references to moved content, including root README.md:

https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central/pull/93

This way we have it functionally removed (but commented) in Alpha2x, and gone entirely for Beta1.

[~fbricon] or [~maxandersen], please apply the above PRs. I'm assuming you're OK not backporting the removal of the discovery plugin/feature into the 4.0.x branch.
