    Steps to Reproduce: 
Create (one or more) server with runtime.
Try to import arcchetype project from Central ("Start from scratch" section, e.g. HTML5 Project)
On first page of wizard try to select runtime
FAIL: Empty combobox, where created runtimes should be.
