Tried to install latest GWT 3.2 from Central and it failed with:

!MESSAGE Missing requirement: GWT Designer GPE 3.1.2.r42x201303061641 (com.google.gdt.eclipse.designer.gpe.feature.feature.group 3.1.2.r42x201303061641) requires 'org.eclipse.wb.core.ui 0.0.0' but it could not be found

So, since there's a 3.2.2.v201303261859-rel-r42 out now, I've pulled a new mirror and update the Extras sites w/ this new version, which includes the missing IUs.
