Yes, we can publish to any folder you'd like. We can in fact have a new job for JBT 3.3.2 docs as well.

All you need to do is ensure you're pulling from the right branch/tag in Git (or SVN for 3.3.x) and then rsync the resulting files to here:
.../tools/4.0.1.Final
.../tools/3.3.2.Final
instead of 
.../tools/nightly/4.0.juno/
.../tools/nightly/3.3.indigo/

I can also adapt the job to produce a zip of the docs, if you'd like.
