Yes. I'm not seeing this behavior in "old" Central (JBDS 7.0.0.Alpha1c). It was introduced in JBDS 7.0.0.Alpha2 (jbdevstudio-product-universal-7.0.0.Alpha2-v20130407-2320-B135.jar) along with new Central Look'n'Feel.
