okey, for now resolving as a heisenbug since we haven't seen similar errors reported and it is currently not reproducible.

Thanks for reporting though and don't hesitate to let us know if any quirks - EAP 6.1 has some differences that could cause hard to catch behavior bugs so we are interested in all abnormalities.
