{{mvn clean verify -Pmultiple -DTARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION=4.30.5.Alpha4-JBIDE-13967-SNAPSHOT}}

you do not need to download any snapshot.

It will just download the patched .target file and use the individual mirrors to work.

Thats why [~mickael_istria] asked you to build and test your version of browsersim or rather cordovasim that requires this dependency with this command line.

Remember to remove any other references you got to custom repositories, source or binary jars of jetty.rewrite to be sure the build actually now is fixed and working with this suggested TP addition.
