Snjeza, I'm ok to push the 1st commit of your PR, as it directly fixes this very JIRA - provided I get the test to pass locally (doesn't work now, I need to investigate).

The second commit is, as I said, another concern (I created JBIDE-14003 Automatically discover library sources for non-maven projects), so I won't push it for JBIDE-13848, please update your PR(s).
