[~nickboldt], I have done as follows:
1. changed the jbosstools-docs-40 jenkins job to put output in /tools/4.0.1.Final and then rerun the job
2. added 4.0.1.Final section to http://www.jboss.org/tools/docs/reference linking to these docs
3. closed your PR without merging https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-documentation/pull/48
4. created and merged a new PR (https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-documentation/pull/49) which generates a slightly different front page. See attached screen capture.
[To save updating regularly - I believe there should just be links to released, developing, and archived docs, rather than specific releases as PR#48 had.]


Please could you make a new PR with just the latest -> nightly/trunk symbolic link, as I don't know how to do this. Thanks.
