but here are only SNAPSHOT builds so the file will keep changing on every build, i.e. currently its http://snapshots.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/tools/browsersim/org.jboss.tools.browsersim-standalone/3.5.0-SNAPSHOT/org.jboss.tools.browsersim-standalone-3.5.0-20130327.145826-4-standalone.jar

we need to get the -standalone.jar actually released, not just as a snapshot.
