I can create new Jira but in this case it's marked as new_note_worthy but not working or working in way I will not show to users that's why I reopened this Jira to not include it to new_and_noteworthy documentation for 4.1.0.Alpha2. I suppose only resolved Jiras marked 	 new_and_noteworthy are included in new_and_noteworthy documentation.

In case feature is added but not working at all it should not be resolved.
