I think with this small of an area of screen real-estate, the only way we are going to be able to fit the content is to either drop off some content, or add a vertical scroll bar.  

With a vertical scroll bar, I think you can start pushing content vertically when it does not fit horizontally any more (take two columns of the Quickstarts and move them below to the top two for instance).  Ellipse long strings at the top, etc.  

I'm not too familiar with what eclipse will allow you to manipulate for screen design on resize, so I'm happy to work out other solutions if this is not possible.

I would prefer to only have a vertical scrollbar, but we could have two scrollbars (horizontal and vertical) as most users will expand the area to be larger if they see two scrollbars and want to look at all of the content.
