Changes include: 

* remove all links to content which is actually located on docs.jboss.org
* add links to Additional documentation and Archived documentation

Changes include:

* stuff in OLD/ moved to archive/, then symlinked back
* milestone docs in OLD/ moved to archive/milestones/

* links to 3.x docs (except for 3.3.0, the last one) removed from index page 
* 3.3.0.Final doc zip moved into archive/

* index page in resources/ removed as it was inaccurate (wrong dates, wrong file sizes, missing links); generated index is 100% accurate
* experimental vpe_xulrunner zip renamed and moved into resources/; README updated to clarify that this is from JBT 2.0, from 2007, and is UNSUPPORTED.

* link for movies relabelled as "Movies, Screencasts, and Video Walkthroughs"
* fixed link to archived movies in http://docs.jboss.org/tools/archive/movies/

* fixed updated date to be ISO compliant
* "nightly" watermark removed from index page
* added new links to http://www.jboss.org/tools/docs/ and http://www.jboss.org/tools/
* latest/ is now a symlink to 4.0.1.Final instead of an index.html redirect to https://www.jboss.org/tools/docs/reference/
