To be clear, I made hte text as follows:

DeploymentScannerDialogWarning={0} contains one or more deployment scanners that are currently inactive. These folders will not be scanned for deployment additions or changes. If this is not intentional, please update the scanners scan-interval in the table below.

My version is 230 characters whereas yours was 310. So I'd argue mine is substantially lower.
